Order Proccessing and Shipping
With the confirmation of the payment of your order from the partner payment platform, its processing starts immediately.
One of our employees undertakes its processing, packaging and shipping.
This usually takes 1 to 4 business days.
Then our employee will deliver your parcel to the Shipment Company. You will be notified via email about it’s Tracking Number.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days to return your parcel.

The refund is made in the same way as the order was paid for, in approximately 5 working days from the date of the refund. In exceptional cases the refund time can be extended to 14 working days.
