Shipping Policy

By placing an order through our website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products and will be contacted via email whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Our products are shipped to 15 countries. We currently ship our products to 15 countries and operate three warehouses in various locations. If a product isn’t available at the nearest warehouse, the product will be shipped from the warehouse that has the available stock.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free to Europe, America and Australia.
For the rest of the countries there is a charge which you see in the basket or at the checkout.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Warehouse preparation

Our warehouse will take 1-4 business days to prepare and deliver your package to the shipping company.

3.2 Shipping Time

The shipping company will need 4-9 business days to deliver your package

*The delivery time is estimated and not mandatory, since it depends on each Postal service and external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, etc.

3.3 Dispatch Time

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum as possible.

3.4 Change Of Delivery Address

We are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

3.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We are able to ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services.

3.6 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using postal services. 

3.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

4. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email which will contain a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

5. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without someone being present, please contact customer service via our Customer Support page.

6. Duties & Taxes

6.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

6.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are also included in the price you paid when you placed your order.

7. Cancellations

If for any reason you have changed your mind, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.

If an order has already been dispatched, we cannot accept it’s cancellation request.

8. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value of the order.
