Returns and Refunds Policy

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, you have 14 days – from the day of receipt – to return the product for a refund or exchange.

In the event of an exchange or refund request,you should contact us via our “Customer Support” page.

The product must be returned to our central warehouse which is handling all the shipments and returns. We will provide the address, if you cannot find it.

*You will be asked to send photos of the product

If it is determined that you received a defective product, you will be given instructions for its free return.

If it is determined that there is no problem with your order, you will be responsible for the return costs as well as any additional costs such as Customs duties, etc.

For more details, you should contact your Local Post Office, as we cannot know the costs of each return from each country.

You must provide a tracking number and the carrier’s name.

Once the tracking number has been provided (and once our warehouse confirms that we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, and we understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how our cancellation process works:

– **Orders in Processing Mode**
You can cancel your order **free of charge** at any time while it is in the Processing stage.

– **Orders in Warehouse Preparation Stage**
If your order has entered the Warehouse Preparation stage, cancellation is still possible. However, a **€15 fee** will be deducted from your payment to cover shipment preparation, management, and associated taxes.

– **Orders in Shipped Stage**
Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to accept cancellation requests as the package has already left our warehouse and is in transit.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions or concerns.

REFUND POLICY

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

  • The product must not be used or damaged.
  • The product must be returned in its original box.
  • All original tags (if applicable) must be included.

Please note:

  • Products that are damaged or returned after the 14-day period are not eligible for a refund.

If the product you have received is defective, please notify us via our Customer Support page.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation within 14 days of receipt. Requests for exchanges beyond the 14-day period will not be processed.

Conditions for Exchange Eligibility:

  • The product must not be used or damaged.
  • The product must be returned in its original box.
  • All original tags (if applicable) must be included.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are allowed one time only per order.
