  2. Damage from improper transportation or storage after delivery

  3. Defects due to incorrect usage or lack of proper maintenance

  4. Damage from not following the usage instructions

  5. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or alterations

  6. Damage due to:

    • Falls

    • Compression, twisting, or abnormal force

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes void if:

  • The product has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Cartomy.

  • Unauthorized parts were used in any attempted repairs.

How We Handle Warranty Claims

If your product meets the warranty conditions, Cartomy, at its sole discretion, will:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace it free of charge.

Our decision will be based on:

  • The original value of the product

  • The severity of the defect

We commit to processing any repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
