🛡️ Two-Year Legal Warranty and Cartomy’s Commitment

We want you to feel happy and confident with every Cartomy purchase. As a UK-based retailer, all our products are covered by a Two-Year Legal Warranty against defects in conformity, as mandated by UK and European consumer protection law.

  • Duration: This warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of product receipt.

What’s Covered?

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, faults, or issues that arise despite normal and proper use of the product during the two-year period. This includes issues related to the product’s quality, performance, or description at the time of sale.

What’s Not Covered?

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use (e.g., sole degradation over time).

  • Damage caused by improper transportation or storage after delivery.

  • Defects due to incorrect usage or failure to follow usage/care instructions.

  • Damage from external factors (e.g., sharp objects, severe falls, excessive compression, extreme heat, or liquids).

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or alterations, including repairs performed by parties other than Cartomy.

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes void if:

  • The product has been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Cartomy or its authorized service partners.

  • Unauthorized or counterfeit parts were used in any attempted repairs.

How We Handle Warranty Claims

If your product meets the warranty conditions, Cartomy, at its sole discretion, will offer the following remedies free of charge:

  1. Repair the product (where feasible),

  2. Replace the product with an identical or equivalent item, or

  3. Offer a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate.

Our decision will be based on the nature of the defect and the time of the claim. We commit to processing any remedy within a reasonable timeframe.
