3. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you will be required to provide accurate information such as your name and shipping address. You confirm that:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

Important: Product colors or textures may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, screen settings, or photo quality.

4. Product Information & Size Guide

All products are unisex and follow standard sizing. A size guide is available for every product. Please choose size according to the guide rather than your usual preference.

Tip: We recommend selecting half to one size larger due to daily foot swelling, and always wearing thick socks when exercising to avoid athlete’s foot or irritation.

5. Processing and Shipping

5.1 Processing Time

Your order will be processed within 1–4 business days.

5.2 Shipping Time

Delivery takes 4–9 business days after dispatch. Times may vary due to postal delays, weather, holidays, or other external factors.

5.3 Dispatch Time

Our central warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to minimize any delay.

All shipments are dispatched from our central warehouse.

This logistics method allows us to offer lower prices by avoiding intermediary costs and additional taxes. It’s a cost-effective and transparent solution that directly benefits you—the customer.

5.4 Change of Address

You may request a change of delivery address before the order is dispatched.

5.5 P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We deliver to P.O. boxes and military addresses via postal services.

5.6 Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel is delayed beyond expected delivery time, please contact us to initiate an investigation.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders in Processing Mode: Can be canceled free of charge. Note: Some banks may retain 5–10% as a chargeback fee, which is beyond our control.

• Orders in Warehouse Preparation Stage: Can be canceled with a €30 deduction per product to cover operational, tax, and banking fees.

• Orders in Shipped Stage: Cannot be canceled, as the package has already left our warehouse.

7. Warranty

All our products are backed by a one-year limited warranty. For details, refer to our Warranty Policy.

This warranty does not cover:

• Natural wear and tear

• Damage due to misuse or neglect

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

8. Refunds & Returns

We offer a 14-day return window.
